Use your eSIM for lawful personal or authorised business connectivity within the destinations, allowances, and benefits included in your purchased plan.
Activities we do not allow
You must not use the service for:
- Illegal activity or unlawful content.
- Fraud, spam, or harassment.
- Network attacks or unauthorised access to systems, devices, or data.
- Reselling the service.
- Continuous, high-volume automated traffic.
- Bypassing data allowances, speed limits, destination restrictions, or other plan conditions.
Fair-use conditions
Some unlimited or daily plans include a high-speed data allowance. After that allowance is reached, speeds may be reduced, access may pause, or other fair-use measures may apply.
Review the plan page before purchasing and follow the activation instructions for the limits and conditions that apply to your eSIM.
Protecting the service
We may limit or suspend service where necessary to protect mobile networks, investigate suspected misuse, comply with applicable law, or enforce this policy.
